Legal Action After A Car Accident - Texting While DrivingIn North Carolina, there are so many traffic laws that it may seem impossible to follow them perfectly.  If you have received a North Carolina traffic ticket, it is important to consult with an knowledgeable North Carolina traffic attorney.  The outcome of your case may affect your insurance rates for the next three years, and could even result in fines, losing your license or possibly jail time. Contact Gabriel E. Zeller, Attorney at Law, and find out he can help you with his experience and expertise.

If you have had another traffic ticket within the last three years, it may be helpful to your case to take a “defensive driving course,” also known as a “safe driving course” or a “driver improvement clinic.”  These classes, in North Carolina, are offered in 3-hour, 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour sessions.  Depending on your driving history and the seriousness of your new traffic ticket, you would need to take a shorter or longer class.   If after consulting with Gabriel E. Zeller, Attorney at Law, he advises you to take such a course or class, you may enroll in one of the courses closest to you.  It does not matter where the class is taken, but in Rockingham County and Caswell County, the class currently needs to be done in-person rather than online.  In Guilford County, an online class is currently acceptable.  Be sure to check with Gabriel E. Zeller, Attorney at Law, before enrolling in a class to make sure that the course is necessary and that is will meet the needs of your case.
